People seem to think that they have to travel long haul for a taste of the really exotic, but there are incredible holiday experiences to be had, that are much closer to home. Venture to the upper Northern reaches of Scandinavia and enter the Arctic Circle. It’s a world of natural beauty in a truly stunning landscape. Well within reach for European travellers. And like nothing else they’ve experienced.

People want more from their holidays. The resort option is always there, but for a sense of adventure it’s time to do something different. Tour operators are responding to consumers’ changing tastes and putting on package trips, so intrepid tourists can enjoy the perfect North Pole holiday.

Stay at an ice hotel in Sweden for a totally different experience. Dive in the icy waters or go to view the incredible Northern Lights. An amazing natural phenomenon, with the best views of any region in the world.

This is a region packed with all kinds of incredible wildlife. Spots whales in the water or watch the herds of reindeer. This is polar bear country too. So this year it might be time to try something different without crossing multiple time zones.

A great holiday has a little bit of everything. Adventure, relaxation and the chance to try new things. This year venture north, to a very different world. An area of stunning natural beauty and so much more besides. Specialist tour operators take care of the detail. So just sit back, relax and enjoy.
